跨鲸批量发货 Kuajing Batch Ship ("the Service") helps Amazon selling partners create Amazon inbound (Send to Amazon) shipments in bulk via the Amazon Selling Partner API. By authorizing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. 本服务帮助卖家通过 SP-API 批量创建亚马逊入库货件（Send to Amazon）；授权并使用即表示同意本条款。
You authorize the Service to access your Amazon seller account data via SP-API solely for the functionality described. You may revoke access at any time. 你授权本服务仅为所述功能访问你的卖家数据，可随时撤销。
You agree to use the Service in compliance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Data Protection Policy (DPP), and all applicable laws. You will not misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access. 你同意遵守亚马逊 AUP/DPP 及适用法律，不滥用或越权访问。

Shipment creation depends on Amazon's SP-API and your input data; we are not liable for losses arising from incorrect input, Amazon API changes/outages, or logistics outside the API's scope (e.g., freight, customs). 服务按"现状"提供；建货件依赖亚马逊 API 与你的输入数据，因输入错误、亚马逊 API 变更/中断或 API 范围外的物流（如头程、清关）造成的损失，我们不承担责任。
