1. Overview / 概述

This application helps Amazon selling partners create and manage Amazon inbound (Send to Amazon) shipments in bulk via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of the data we access. 本应用通过亚马逊 SP-API 帮助卖家批量创建和管理亚马逊入库货件（Send to Amazon），致力于保护所访问数据的安全与隐私。

2. Data We Access / 我们访问的数据

SP-API authorization credentials (LWA refresh/access tokens) — used solely to call the SP-API on your behalf.
Inventory and shipment data (MSKU, quantities, box dimensions/weight, ship-from address, shipment IDs) — used to create inbound shipments.
We do NOT access buyer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (no names, addresses, emails, or order PII). The application uses non-restricted roles only — specifically Amazon Fulfillment and Inventory and Order Tracking. 本应用不访问任何买家个人信息(PII)，仅使用非受限角色（Amazon Fulfillment、Inventory and Order Tracking）。

3. How We Use Data / 数据用途

Data is used exclusively to provide the shipment-creation functionality you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. 数据仅用于提供你请求的建货件功能，绝不出售/出租/共享用于营销。

4. Data Protection / 数据保护

Credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and stored within a secured key-management process.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+.
Access to the system requires authentication; access is logged and audited.
We follow the principle of least privilege and the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP).

5. Data Retention & Deletion / 数据留存与删除

You can delete your data yourself at any time, directly in the application under Settings → Data & Privacy ("Revoke all store authorizations" / "Delete all my data"), which takes effect immediately. You may also request deletion by contacting us; we will permanently delete the relevant data within 30 days. Non-PII data is retained no longer than 18 months unless required by law. 你可随时在应用内 设置 → 数据与隐私（"撤销全部店铺授权"/"删除我的全部数据"）自助删除，立即生效；也可联系我们删除，我们将在 30 天内永久删除；非 PII 数据留存不超过 18 个月（法律要求除外）。

6. Revoking Access / 撤销授权

You can revoke this application's access at any time in three ways: (a) in the application under Settings → Data & Privacy; (b) from your Amazon Seller Central account (Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps); or (c) by contacting us (see Support). 你可通过三种方式随时撤销：(a) 应用内"设置 → 数据与隐私"；(b) 亚马逊卖家后台；(c) 联系我们。
